Cut Utilty Costs

Founded in the late 1730s by colonial iron baron Peter Grubb, Cornwall takes its name from Grubb's father's birthplace in Cornwall, England. The town rose up around the Cornwall iron Furnace, one of the most important foundries in Colonial America. Today the furnace is a national historic landmark and has been preserved as an example of 18th and 19th Century technology. The furnace's outbuildings and blast equipment, as well as the furnace itself, stand almost exactly as they did when it was in use from 1742 until 1883. The American Society of Mechanical Engineers has deemed it the only one of the nations hundreds of Industrial Revolution-era charcoal-fueled iron furnaces to remain fully intact.

Today, Cornwall is a quiet borough that offers its residents services such as child seat safety inspection and free firearms safety kits. Its residents experience hot, humid summers and bitter-cold winters, and thus need reliable climate controls and plumbing that won't freeze in cold weather. Cocalico Plumbing and Heating provides air conditioning, heatin and plumbing services to residents of Cornwall and surrounding municipalities, stretching across Lebanon and Lancaster counties.
